Man charged with taking $5K in home improvement scam


BLAIR COUNTY, Pa (WTAJ) — Law enforcement have arrested a person who allegedly took $5,000 for a dwelling enhancement project that he never ever did.

Ronald David Snyder, 59, was arrested, after reportedly using cash to re-facet a man’s residence in August 2021.

According to law enforcement documents, the victim explained that Synder essential $5,000 for resources and an additional $4,200 for the labor. The home-owner agreed and compensated $5,000 for supplies but Synder never returned to do any of the do the job.
