Apex, N.C. — Two people are out of hundreds of bucks after they imagined they found an inexpensive residence in Wake County.

1 of the families, who asked not to be discovered by WRAL News, reported the a few bedroom property in Apex in good shape all the qualifications they experienced for a celebration of two.

“Anything appeared legit right until we moved into the home,” the gentleman claimed.
