Theory Design is finalizing the interior design for Seagate Development Group’s furnished Monterey II model – which is sold and under construction in the Isola Bella neighborhood at Talis Park. Isola Bella is an exclusive 4.5-acre enclave of the last single-family waterfront homesites in this luxury golf community. Theory Design is also creating the interior for Seagate’s furnished Revana model – which is also sold and under construction – Seagate’s furnished Sonoma model – which is reserved and under construction – and Seagate’s furnished Olema model – which is reserved and breaking ground soon. R.G. Designs is featuring architectural design for all four model homes.
The Monterey II model offers over 4,500 square feet of living space over four bedrooms, four-and-three-half baths, and a three-car garage. Defined as livable luxury, it presents a modern interior with coastal influence as well as organic and industrial accents. Examples are earthy colors with neutral backgrounds and black accents for contrast, reverse soffit ceilings with LED cove lighting, natural wire-brushed white oak flooring, and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Additional features include quartz kitchen countertops and backsplash, a natural quartzite island, and bleached oak and ebony cabinetry. The outdoor living space presents an outdoor fireplace, water features, and kitchen and dining areas that maximize the views of the scenic lake and dramatic bridge.
The front exterior of the Monterey II offers a black and gray color scheme, while the rear exterior debuts a cedar-stained dark walnut ceiling as well as aluminum horizontal railings. It all starts with an aluminum gate that opens to an entry courtyard. This space is equipped with art turf/plantings between steppers, a concrete bench and a water feature against accent tile cladding. Once inside, the foyer will accommodate foyer and stairway chandeliers, stairway sconces and an ebony, natural iron bench. This segues to a walk-in wine room and a sitting room with a piano, wall art and wall sconces. The great room will be equipped with a custom-designed wood trim feature wall. Homeowners will also enjoy a gunmetal/bluestone coffee table, a French contemporary sideboard in brushed black oak and satin bronze, a wool area rug, and black and white ottomans. The kitchen and dining area is adjacent to the great room. It features barstool seating, LED lighting, low cabinets and high windows for contrast as well as views of the outdoor living area. This space is filled with a 65-inch ceiling fan, granite countertops, a 46-inch concrete firepit, a grill and an under-counter refrigerator, along with a custom pool and spa. The furniture here exhibits a black and white scheme with white cushions, a dark aluminum side table, an iron chaise and white gloss glaze garden stools. Meanwhile, the powder bath offers castle-cream-colored tile, porcelain countertops and midnight-colored cabinets. The VIP bedroom has a 52-inch fan in coal – just as in the second-story guest bedrooms – and an area rug made of Indian wood pile. The VIP bath – which completes the first floor – features quartz countertops, just as in one of two guest baths upstairs.
The second living level is also met with midnight-colored cabinets at the morning bar. The mud room continues the brushed oak flooring, which is highlighted by graphite cabinets and granite countertops. The second guest bath presents marble countertops and charcoal-colored cabinets. The master bedroom will debut armchairs with grey fabric and a black frame, two black chests, a pale-black-colored dresser, and a grey and white area rug, and a shaded chandelier. In the master bath, one will find marble flooring and countertops, graphite-stained cabinets, which clad an elongated tub ledge that stretches from behind the tub all the way into the walk-in shower. Meanwhile, the loft will function as an office that features a desk and storage console with décor and art collected by the homeowners. A flex/bonus room introduces a three-door sideboard in ebony walnut, a mirror in dark walnut, two leather library chairs and a midcentury-modern-inspired chandelier. A second laundry room and a second powder bath complete this story of the home.
The Monterey II is slated for completion in Spring 2022.
The two-story Olema offers over 4,400 square feet of living space – including four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, two one-car garages and ample space for a golf cart. An urban retreat concept starts at the exterior with pavers in white/charcoal, a façade in gray with white accents, a roof in charcoal, doors and windows in black, and contemporary exterior wood-like cladding. The outdoor living area presents a tongue-in-groove ceiling, a textured concrete fireplace, and a grey and black color scheme.
A modern, warm and livable design is just beyond the entry courtyard – lined with weathered cast stone tapered planters. Walnut flooring with a wire-brushed texture is apparent in the main living areas, complementing Calcutta honed flooring in the master bath, Calcutta and Dolomite artisan stone tile in the powder bath, linen porcelain tile in a guest bath, fossil stone on the outdoor living sundeck and stamped-concrete-style tile in the pool bath. Other distinctions range from walnut ceiling beams, walnut and ebony kitchen and bar cabinets to a black metal staircase railing with a vertical wood slat detail that runs up the ceiling. Homeowners will enjoy slab-style cabinets, a full-height marble backsplash, a double waterfall island and a tongue-in-groove ceiling in the kitchen as well as a wet bar in the dining area, a bench/drop station in the mud room and ceiling beams in the study. The great room will debut a stepped tray ceiling outlined by a dark wood perimeter detail. This geometric detail mimics the stained molding feature on the media wall. The master suite will accommodate a full-height upholstered headboard wall detail and a morning bar, while the master bath will offer a vessel-style sink, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with Calcutta marble in a herringbone pattern as well as a bath niche. Meanwhile, the powder bath will feature a floating vanity with hanging pendants, and one of the guest baths will present an oversized vanity with an open-shelf detail.
The Olema is slated for completion in 2023.

Minimalist pendant lighting hangs over the desk and in front of floor-to-ceiling walnut-finished panels as well as hidden storage cabinetry. A full-service design studio is topped with 11-foot ceilings, project tables, a complete library of samples and an incomparable view of a never-ending lake. Much like the first level, the second floor features floor-to-ceiling windows and offices surrounded by glass partition walls and plenty of natural light as well as a kitchen, a café-inspired coffee bar and a breakroom with the same upgrades and finishes.
