Theory Design is finalizing the interior design for Seagate Development Group’s furnished Revana model – which is sold and under construction in Isola Bella at Talis Park. This is in addition to Theory Design’s and Seagate’s Monterey II, Sonoma and Olema – sold and under construction, reserved and under construction, and under contract and under construction. R.G. Designs is featuring architectural design for all four model homes. There is only one homesite left in Isola Bella.

The two-story Revana model offers over 5,500 square feet of living space – four bedrooms, four-and-three half baths, two one-car garages, and a modern, casual interior. Homeowners can expect textural and organic elements; muted colors with neutral backgrounds; stepped coffer and tray ceilings; warm-toned, wire-brushed, walnut-engineered wood flooring; and single-panel, solid-core, shaker-style interior doors. Front exterior selections include a gray exterior body and trim, deco accent, fascia and bracket color, roof, cladding and pavers. There will also be black railings and Bahama shutters, an iron entry door, windows and a garage door.

Beyond the entry courtyard – with stone-look cladding, landscape up-lighting, Mexican pebbles, and pavers surrounded by a turf inlay parquet pattern – is a staircase-equipped grand foyer. It will include walnut wire-brushed treads, a black iron custom railing, sconces and a chandelier. The foyer begins grass cloth wallcovering inserts within a molding wall design – both of which are carried into the great room with a 65-inch ceiling fan. The kitchen and dining area feature quartzite countertops and backsplash. There will be modern-paneled black cabinets at the island and wet bar, modern-paneled walnut cabinets at the perimeter, sconces, a chandelier and island pendants, double ovens, a gas cooktop, a built-in dishwasher and a side-by-side refrigerator, a walnut-banded hood and an oversized mirror at the wet bar. A glass-enclosed walk-in wine room will accommodate porcelain tile, while the powder bath will feature a marble countertop, hex mosaic floor tile, and dark cabinets with a unique vessel sink. The pantry/mudroom and first laundry room will offer a refrigerator, a microwave drawer, a second built-in dishwasher, black cabinets, a quartz countertop, floating wall shelves and undercounter lighting. The VIP suite – which finishes the first floor – will present a bath with ribbed porcelain shower walls, penny round mosaic shower flooring, porcelain floor tile, marble countertops, black cabinets, sconces, a soaking tub and a bench-equipped walk-in shower.

The outdoor living area will feature a custom pool and large spa with stepping stones, a stone-look cladded fireplace, a kitchen with lounge seating and dining, a waterwall feature, a walnut-stained tongue-in-groove ceiling and a 65-inch ceiling fan. The outdoor kitchen will include a tiled hood, granite countertops and ash-colored cabinets. A pool bath will accommodate sconces and large hex floor tile.

The second story offers a second laundry room followed by a master suite with a morning bar. The master bath will debut honed stone flooring and shower walls, vanity pendants, marble countertops and black cabinets. The walk-in shower accommodates a floating bench, and there is a large soaking tub. A flex room/loft with a second wet bar and a chandelier as well as a second powder bath, and two guest bedrooms and baths complete this space.

Appliances will include Sub-Zero/Wolf and Asko in the kitchen, Uline at the bars, and an Alfresco grill in the outdoor kitchen. Plumbing fixtures range from a large soaking tub as well as Kohler and Brizo shower trims in the master and VIP baths respectively, to a vessel filler sink in the first powder bath and a pedestal sink in the pool bath.

The Revana model is slated for completion in Spring 2022.

The Monterey II model offers over 4,500 square feet of living space over four bedrooms, four-and-three-half baths, and a three-car garage. It presents a modern interior with a hint of coastal influence. Examples are earthy colors with neutral backgrounds and black accents for contrast, reverse soffit ceilings with LED cove lighting, and natural wire-brushed white oak flooring. Additional features include quartz kitchen countertops and backsplash, a natural quartzite island, and bleached oak and ebony cabinetry. The outdoor living space presents an outdoor fireplace, water features, and kitchen and dining areas.

The front exterior of the Monterey II offers a gray and black color scheme, while the rear exterior debuts a cedar-stained dark walnut ceiling as well as aluminum horizontal railings. It all starts with an aluminum gate that opens to an entry courtyard. This space invites one in with a concrete bench and a water feature against accent tile cladding. Once inside, the foyer will accommodate foyer and stairway chandeliers, stairway sconces and an ebony, natural iron bench. This segues to a walk-in wine room and a sitting room with a piano, wall art and wall sconces. The great room will be equipped with a wood trim and grass cloth wallcovering feature wall. Homeowners will also enjoy a gunmetal/bluestone coffee table, a French contemporary sideboard in brushed black oak and satin bronze, a wool area rug, and black and white ottomans. The kitchen and dining area is adjacent to the great room. It features barstool seating, LED lighting, low cabinets and high windows for contrast as well as views of the outdoor living area. This space is filled with a 65-inch ceiling fan, granite countertops, a concrete firepit, a grill and an under-counter refrigerator, along with a custom pool and spa. The furniture here exhibits a black and white scheme with white cushions, a dark aluminum side table, an iron chaise and white gloss glaze garden stools. Meanwhile, the powder bath offers castle-cream-colored tile, porcelain countertops and midnight-colored cabinets. The mud room continues the brushed oak flooring, which is highlighted by graphite cabinets and granite countertops. The VIP bedroom has a 52-inch fan in coal – just as in the second-story guest bedrooms – and an area rug made of Indian wood pile. The VIP bath – which completes the first floor – features quartz countertops, just as in one of two guest baths upstairs.

The second living level is also met with midnight-colored cabinets at the morning bar. The second guest bath presents marble countertops and charcoal-colored cabinets. The master bedroom will debut armchairs with grey fabric and a black frame, two black chests, a pale-black-colored dresser, and a grey and white area rug, and a shaded chandelier. In the master bath, one will find marble flooring and countertops, graphite-stained cabinets, which clad an elongated tub ledge that stretches from behind the tub all the way into the walk-in shower. Meanwhile, the loft will function as an office that features a desk and storage console with décor and art collected by the homeowners. A flex/bonus room introduces a three-door sideboard in ebony walnut, a mirror in dark wa
lnut, two large lounge chairs and a midcentury-modern-inspired chandelier. A second laundry room and a second powder bath complete this story of the home.

The Monterey II is slated for completion in Spring 2022.
