Do you know Interior

This modern five-bedroom Dallas home has mulitple living rooms and two-level interior spaces

If you’re in the market for modern, take a look at this Dallas home in the Preston Royal neighborhood. The home was completed in 2016 and offers an abundance of natural light, two-level interior spaces and multiple living rooms.

At 8,641 square feet, the home is spacious. It has five bedrooms and seven full bathrooms. The home is U-shaped at the front and two garages sit on either side of the entrance with space enough for four cars.

Listing agent Gianna Cerullo of Compass said the home is built for family life and for entertaining.

“If I was going to say one thing that makes that house great, it is that outdoor living space because it is so big,” Cerullo said.

The home’s main living area has an open concept design that allows the kitchen, living room and dining room to flow together. On the side where the kitchen sits, the room is two levels tall with a balcony that looks onto the space. The kitchen has a sleek design with modern cabinets, a U-shaped island with space to prep food and space to eat and thoughtful elements like luxury appliances and built-in wine storage.

The open-concept space is full of natural light thanks to a number of windows that run along the back of the house, providing views onto the patio and into the backyard.

The primary suite sits on the first level of the home with patio access through glass doors. The bedroom is spacious, with enough room for a sitting area with a fireplace. In the primary bathroom, you’ll find dual sinks, a vanity, a freestanding bathtub and a large walk-in shower. Another room on the first level is counted as a bedroom but could also be a flexible space for an office or gym.

The home has an upstairs game room that looks onto the downstairs main living area from that aforementioned balcony. The three remaining bedrooms are on the second level, each with en suite bathrooms. The home also has a guest apartment with a private entrance near the pool. The guest apartment is two levels and has a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and a private outdoor balcony.

Outside, the 0.44-acre property has a pool and covered entertaining spaces complete with outdoor cooking appliances.

The home at 6007 Burgundy Road is on the market for $2,995,000.
