Construction has begun a new Maravilla design home at Sapphire Cove, an intimate neighborhood of single-family homes being developed by FL Star off Collier Boulevard in South Naples.
“This home is a contemporary split floor plan that is very functional and offers privacy for the owners,” said Gary Hains, vice president of FL Star. “The great room offers direct access to the lanai, opening entertainment options to the outdoor space. The casual dining space and kitchen are located at the back of the home, with easy access to the great room and lanai beyond.”
A private retreat located on one side of the home, the master suite includes two walk-in closets and a private bath with double vanity, large walk-in shower and private water closet. On the opposite side of the home, two guest bedrooms open off a private hallway and share access to a full bath. The study is conveniently located off the great room.
The Maravilla design offers 1,915 air-conditioned square feet. With two-car garage, covered lanai and covered entry, the home has a total of 2,656 square feet under roof. This Maravilla is priced at $609,900. Completion is expected late this year.

The floors plans available at Sapphire Cove offer living arrangements to appeal to a variety of family lifestyles and needs and include both single-story and two-story designs. Plans range from a spacious home with two bedrooms with a study in 2,041 square feet to an expansive plan with four bedrooms and three and one-half baths in 3,178 square feet.
Homes at Sapphire Cove include the most desirable interior finishes, such as granite countertops, undermount sinks and stainless steel appliances. A swimming pool is available as an option. State-of-the-art construction and attention to detail by FL Star Construction assures each home is of the highest quality.
Designed as an intimate community, Sapphire Cove’s 30-acre site will include only 75 single-family homes on generous lots measuring 57 feet wide by 140 feet deep. The community is bordered by a preserve and is centered around a 3-acre lake fringed with native grasses and vegetation.
The heart of Sapphire Cove activity is the new community clubhouse, where neighbors may gather to enjoy a rigorous workout in the state-of-the-art fitness center, challenging yoga or a refreshing swim in the resort-style pool.
In addition to the amenities planned within Sapphire Cove, residents may take advantage of an abundance of enrichment and educational opportunities nearby. Serenity Park and the Collier Boulevard bike trail provide options for the outdoor enthusiast. The 80-acre campus of Florida Southwestern State College is just down the road, where residents may take a course or simply enjoy sports or a performance. And for medical care, Physicians Regional Hospital and an array of other medical facilities are located right on Collier Boulevard.
The Sapphire Cove property is part of the Hacienda Lakes Community Development District and is accessed via the Lord’s Way approximately half a mile east of Collier Boulevard.
